Acceptable Use Policy

1. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the Services, including, without limitation, laws regarding data protection, privacy, intellectual property, consumer and child protection, obscenity, or defamation.
2. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
3. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and share any data or content that you upload, store, or access through the Services.
4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services and to cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or location of anyone posting any data or content in violation of this Agreement.
5. GDMS will not be held responsible for any data loss that occurs on the hosting service. Customers are responsible for maintaining proper backups, either through third-party services or by utilizing the backup options available in our cloud portal.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Activation of Service: The VPS service is considered active and fully operational once the system sends an email containing the VPS credentials to the customer.
2.  No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our service, once the VPS credentials have been sent, the service is deemed active, and no refunds will be provided. This policy ensures that all customers receive consistent and fair treatment.
3. Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel their VPS service at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for any remaining period of the service after cancellation.
4. Exceptions: In the event of a billing error or service issue directly attributable to our system, we may, at our discretion, provide a prorated refund or account credit. All such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue occurrence.
